Our Delivery Policy

We aim to dispatch all packages as swiftly as possible, subject to stock availability.

Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday.

Express Next Day delivery orders placed after 3pm will be processed on the next working day.

Packaging

Your purchase is handpicked by our team and can be gift wrapped for you for free if required.

All purchases are shipped in outer packaging which has no reference to the company, keeping your gorgeous purchases a secret.

•  Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (DSRs), you have the right to cancel or return your order with us. We offer a free 14 day return policy using the pre-paid label. Your order must be returned within 14 of the recorded date of delivery.
• We suggest for your own protection you use 1st Class Registered post or equivalent if posting from overseas or contact one of our team @returns@silksboutique.com
•  Once you have notified us, you have 14 working days to return your item from the date you received the parcel, Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and with any labels intact and still attached.
•  We recommend that you use a secure, trackable postal or courier service and ensure that the packaging of the items is sufficient to protect them fully and maintain their good condition during transit.
•  We recommend you ensure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them.
•  We recommend that you retain proof of sending, in case of any dispute or failure of the goods to arrive with us. We will not accept any liability for any goods that are returned in inadequate protective packaging, by an uninsured or unrecorded transit service, or that go missing without proof of postage.
•  Please note you may only use your right to cancel the order under the DSRs if you give us formal written notice of cancellation within seven working days of receiving the order, as described above.
•  All stock that is bought in our stores is non-refundable and exchangeable as stated on our store receipt. All SALE stock that is bought in store is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

EXCHANGES

•  There is no charge to exchange items for a different size, however all exchanges are based on stock availability.

•  When we have received the original item in good order, we will send out the replacement garment.
